A Whiteboard Coding Interview is a test performed in selection processes that evaluates a candidate’s ability to solve technical (and sometimes not so technical) problems. It is normally used in selection processes for developers, who are asked to write code in real-time through a computer. Some years ago, a blank slate was used instead of a computer, hence the name.
