I was the Team Lead of Infra, AI, and QA at Smowltech, where I coordinated a multidisciplinary team and reported directly to the CTO and CIO to align the technical roadmap with business goals. I manage sprint planning, project prioritization, and delivery tracking, working closely with development and product teams to ensure reliable and timely releases.
My daily work combines scalability in AWS, integration of AI models into existing systems, and QA strategies (including automation) to maintain quality across agile cycles.
I enjoy tackling complex challenges: from optimizing platform costs and performance to strengthening security and user experience in continuous authentication flows for e-learning and remote assessment.

My strengths help me connect information, orchestrate resources, and envision alternative paths to solve problems and accelerate decision-making. I apply a growth mindset and people-focused leadership to sustain high performance in dynamic environments. Beyond delivering, I dedicate time to systematizing processes (documentation, postmortems, templates) and building efficiency levers that reduce manual work and improve product traceability. What motivates me most is transforming technical discussions into clear value for both business and users, while upholding standards of accessibility, academic integrity, and digital trust.
