Your first steps with SMOWL
If you are a student or a SMOWL user
If you encounter any issues when taking a test with SMOWL or need technical assistance, please contact your institution or click on the chat icon in the lower right corner of this page.

If you are a client
If you are already a SMOWL client, you likely have an account to access your client space on mySmowltech. You can access it by entering your username and password through this link.
If you don’t have an account or have forgotten your password, you can contact our support team through the chat you’ll find in the lower right corner of this page.
If you are an organization that has not yet tried SMOWL
If you haven’t yet tried SMOWL’s features and don’t have a client account, you can register and get a 21-day free trial with 25 licenses.
Create an account and try SMOWL
1. Open an account by filling out the form you’ll find when you click here or on the button above. You’ll need to select the virtual platform (LMS) that your organization uses.
2. You’ll receive an email with the next steps to start configuring your free trial.
3. If you have Moodle or Open LMS, you can download the SMOWL plugin and set it up following the step-by-step guide (and video) you’ll find in the Integrations and Downloads section of mySmowltech. If your platform is different, you just need to follow the instructions provided in the email, as we’ll need additional information.
4. And that’s it! Remember that besides trying SMOWL, the mySmowltech client space allows you to access other data, such as reports related to your organization, summaries of your activities, or SMOWL settings.
Do you have any more questions?
An LMS, which stands for Learning Management System, is a learning management system that, through software, allows you to organize, create, and design an online training strategy and provide online educational materials to your students.
The most well-known examples are Moodle, Blackboard, OpenLMS, Canvas, Brightspace D2L, among others.
If you can’t remember which LMS your organization uses, you can continue registering your account to access mySmowltech as usual. Simply select “Other” in the LMS Platform field of the form.
To use SMOWL, you need to have an LMS platform first. If you want to find the best option for your organization, you can contact our team, and we’ll guide you to integrate it easily.
