With a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of the Basque Country (UPV) and a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of California, I have dedicated my career to team management and human talent development. Since assuming the CEO role in 2012, I have focused on creating an organizational culture that drives teams to exceed their own limits, fostering a dynamic of innovation and continuous improvement.
My experience across various industries, especially in the human resources area (where I have collaborated in different publications), has taught me the importance of human capital in the success of any organization. Under my leadership, we have implemented advanced digital processes that allow us to efficiently monitor performance, identifying and enhancing individual talent to achieve strategic objectives.
Additionally, I have the privilege of sharing my experience with future generations as a professor in undergraduate and graduate programs at Deusto Business School. I firmly believe in values-based leadership and the importance of continuous training, not only for those who are part of the company but also for myself.
My vision as CEO has been clear: to transform the company into an agile organization adaptable to the challenges posed by the digital environment, without losing sight that people are the central axis of our success.

I am passionate about sports that challenge both physically and mentally, such as ice hockey, skiing, and cycling, where I find a balance between adrenaline and control.
These activities not only allow me to stay active but also help me strengthen my ability to focus and achieve personal growth. I am always looking for new challenges, both in sports and intellectual pursuits, which has led me to adopt continuous learning as a fundamental pillar in my life.
This constant curiosity drives me to improve every day, both personally and professionally.
